Per the [legal code](https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-24/subtitle-A/part-5/subpart-F/subject-group-ECFR174c6349abd095d/section-5.611) the values increased in 2024 and are now uprated with inflation. Similar to the UK's implementation, we should support passing into dataset= a class instance with a dataframe for each entity type. Will greatly support .py's support of -us.
