Montana TANF 2017, 2018, 2019

From my research the TANF payment standards for Montana from 2017-2019 were based on 35% of the previous years FPL.

This report states that for TANF, there was "an increase of the payment standard to 35% of the 2015 Federal Poverty Level (FPL) in FY 2016 and 35% of the 2016 FPL in FY 2017" https://archive.legmt.gov/content/Publications/fiscal/FR-2017/Section%20B.pdf#page=26
