In this test household they should qualify for Medicaid for aged X2 - not ACA coverage. the results page.

@PavelMakarchuk @daphnehanse11 I think we can potentially close this ticket! the team just tested this household again and the results are correct now. medicaid displays and aca does not, which is the expected result.
