Brief description of the issue

Prometheans are able to clean things they are holding that have blood or oil on them. This effect also happens while wearing gloves.

What you expected to happen

While wearing gloves they are unable to clean of blood and oil from things. This is important for things like Forensics work.

What actually happened

It cleans the blood or oil off the item, even when your skin is not directly touching it.

Steps to reproduce

Wear any pair of gloves as a Promethean and pick up a item that is bloody or oily.
