Ore satchels do not behave correctly when dragging ore crates

Brief description of the issue

Mining satchels do not function correctly when working in concert with mining crates.

What you expected to happen

When dragging an ore crate, and having a mining satchel in my hand, pocket, or belt, stepping on a tile containing mined ore should: Put the ore into the bag without clicks/hotkey presses Immediately dump the ore into the crate Repeat for each tile stepped on

What actually happened

Stepping on the tile picks up the ore the first time The ore does NOT get dumped into the crate Stepping on subsequent tiles containing ore will NOT pick up the ore, nor dump ore into the crate.

Steps to reproduce

Drag an ore crate behind you. Hold a mining satchel in any 'ready' slot. Mine two neighbouring tiles of ore. Step over them in succession.
