clicking on a patient monitoring computer as a ghost gets the GUIs stuck on the screen

Brief description of the issue

I clicked on a patient monitoring computer as a ghost, and it brought up the 'which organ do you want to prepare for removal' screen and the patient status screen, closing either of those made them open up again straight away.

What you expected to happen

For it to not show the organ removal screen, and for the status screen to stay closed

Steps to reproduce

click on the patient monitoring computer next to a surgery table (maybe while a patient is on it?)

Additional info:

This was the robotics surgical table it happened on.

• Server Revision: Found using the "Show Server Revision" verb under the OOC tab.
• Anything else you may wish to add (Location if it's a mapping issue, etc)

(This has been a known issue for months, and the options I determined would fix this were either a hacky band-aid fix, or rewriting surgery. I am currently pursuing the latter as part of a larger medical rewrite, but if someone else wants to fix this in the meantime, by all means.)
