Hardsuit toggle air button only disables internals

What actually happened

If you try to use the toggle air button on the left, while wearing a hardsuit, it'll say "disables (your name's) internals", even when internals are disabled. If they are enabled it does turn them off however.

Steps to reproduce

put on a hardsuit press the toggle air button.

• Server Revision: Found using the "Show Server Revision" verb under the OOC tab.
• Anything else you may wish to add (Location if it's a mapping issue, etc)
