Removing Objects Surgery QOL Request

Brief description of the issue

When performing surgery, if you try to remove objects with the hemostat it does not prioritize shrapnel over implants. This is not great! It would be nice if after performing the search with the hemostat, it asks if you'd like to remove what it found, or just give you a list like it does with organs that have been cut off with a scalpel.

What you expected to happen

Not to remove someone's important implant while removing bullet shrapnel.

What actually happened

Pulled an implant out of a poor cat's spine.

Steps to reproduce

Open someone up who has an implant and shrapnel in the same bodypart, use the hemostat, pray you remove the right one.

• Server Revision: Found using the "Show Server Revision" verb under the OOC tab.
• Anything else you may wish to add (Location if it's a mapping issue, etc)
