Cynosure Solar SMES are set to impossible levels

Brief description of the issue

Cynosure Solar SMES are set to settings higher then a player can set on the hardware they have.

What you expected to happen

Cynosure Solar SMES to have the correct hardware to allow their settings to be fiddled with without causing issues.

What actually happened

The SMES, once input set to max, actually lost a sixth of its input, according to UI.

Fiddle with the SMES settings on Cynosure Solars.
