Station shields suck

Brief description of the issue

They don't ever seem to recalculate, so broken portions of shields (or sections of shields that were blocked by diffusers, but the diffusers were disabled due to meteors) stay broken forever until you cycle the generator itself.

What you expected to happen

The shields to recalculate and repair holes in itself.

What actually happened

Doesn't.

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup hull shielding.
2. Break shield.
3. Wait.

It may be that it takes a while to re-up the shields? I'll test it a bit on a private server when I can.
