Change Request - Make Signaler Grenades slightly saver

Brief description of the issue

Signaler Grenades can be used in hand, sending their signal and detonating themself in the process.

What you want to happen

Signaler-assembly-Grenades should not do anything if used in-hand. Not send a signale nor detonate themself. The use of a signaler grenade is that it can be used remotely and not that it has a timer of 0 if you missclick on your keyboard.

Why you want the change

Reduces the risk of accidentally suicide when working with Signaler-Grenades by a significant margin.

• Anything else you may wish to add Yes, I have blown myself up on accident multible times... With other grenades, I at least have a chance to throw them away and run. So this is a Quality of Life request.
