ERT-Ranger costumes have no inventory sprite

Brief description of the issue

ERT-Ranger costumes have no sprite as a inventory item, and are as such impossible to remove if you do not find a accessory to attach first.

What you expected to happen

The ERT-Ranger costume that all Stowaways start out with to be switch-out able.

What actually happened

No Inventory Sprite means no way to select it in their slot to drag it out.

Steps to reproduce

Spawn as a stowaway.

Additional info:

• Anything else you may wish to add I made them, and it was already a issue when they where one-off halloween costume items.
