Beepsky can attack through lockers

Brief description of the issue

Beepsky is able to hit you and cuff you when you are hiding in a locker

What you expected to happen

To be able to hide in the locker and be safe from the beep

What actually happened

Beepsky hacks and hits you through the closed locker

Steps to reproduce

1: Anger beepsky (maybe set to arrest or level 10 infraction) 2: run away and hide in a locker near his path 3: observe beepsky attacking and cuffing you through the locker when he comes around
