[FR] Support for Smart S (2018)

Support for the Smart S would be really nice. I happen to have one and would love to help to get it supported (using profiles). Do you have any starters for me? :)

My next plan is to outsource the methods from the VanBike class to the profiles to support the Smart S. This is because it has individual Bluetooth characteristics for each action. In contrast, the Electrified models only have a single characteristic. As soon as this is implemented, you are welcome to test and give feedback.
