Issue transfer pokemon optimicer with last changes

Expected Behavior

If pokemon iv = 1 evolve once evolved if u have another other pokemon with last evolution, same type and iv = 1, compare movesets and release worst, so keep best moveset and after this upgraded if possible else i have only 1 pokemon of this class and iv = 1, so bot must keep it

Actual Behavior

Release pokemon AFTER upgrading even if u dont have pokemon of this type

Strange.... The change I made was to run the optimizer twice, so we get rid of the evolved trash asap. It seems strange that we would transfer Pokemon after we upgraded them (or else they would have been transferred before the upgrade, right?) Maybe @pogarek has a clever insight in why this might happen?
