Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Both using item on PM and exchanging PM held item share same localization key, which make things ambiguous

Describe the solution you'd like Those 2 case separated to 2 indenpend entry, so the requirement can be clearly 'using on' and 'held'

Describe alternatives you've considered Or just make all of the requirement become using on like LA does..?
