Add back_defaults, shiny of missing hiusian and gmax pkmn

pokemon.zip contains hiusian form gen 5 style art also contains back sprites for some gen 9 mons also ie its missing from 10225 onwards also hiusian sprites 898 iirc onwards ig some other sprites like minior is also missing not completely sure u have to run some checks rn my focus is kinda on the animated sprites and then new gen 9 full pokemon icons coz last gen 8 icons didnt have the shiny ones so once I get them done I'll focus on the the default sprites. If its possible u can run a set subtraction from default sprites compared to the official art work that way its easy to find out what is missing @diduseetheocean

Gen9: It seems that at least the gen9 sprites are from the artist KingOfThe-X-Roads (correct me if iam wrong). The sprites for shiny and back are still incomplete and WIP (that says his deviantart-profile). So maybe it would be a good idea to wait until they are finished to avoid twice the work. What do you think?
Other sprites: Do you know the artists from the other sprites which are not gen9? So that we can provide proper credit and have the usage permission (just to be save here).
