Some moves over-written for Gen 9

Hello, it appears that pokemon like Goodra-Hisui, Avalugg-Hisui and several other Hisui mons that do not have any moveset data for Gen 8 legends-arceus.

Ah, I see, in gen8 those were present but now in gen 9 they don't.

Yeah, I select all of gen 8 and 9 when I extract the move data
