Cosplay Pikachu Official Art is an Image of Detective Pikachu

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Call this API: https://pokeapi.co/api/v2/pokemon/pikachu-cosplay
  2. Check the string stored in sprites.other.official-artwork.front_default
  3. Verify that it's this picture of Detective Pikachu: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PokeAPI/sprites/master/sprites/pokemon/other/official-artwork/10085.png

If you are able to send a cosplay pikachu for front_shiny and default for official artowork i will be able to add it the existing pr for fixes https://github.com/PokeAPI/sprites/pull/99. I unfortunately couldnt find the pic for cosplay pikachu

btw, come to think of it, where exactly do you get shiny pokémon official artwork? i ask because i can't seem to find it on the official Pokémon website
