SDL successfully loads into the game, controlify detects it and can find controllers using the SDL android sysjoystick driver.

Attempts were made to remove pojav's gamepad emulation. A preference has been added PREF_GAMEPAD_PASSTHRU, though I haven't been able to do so, left stick seems to currently do arrow keys.

Contributors: please feel free to commit to my branch and get it working.
