[BUG] Keyboard Covers Chat (Floating and Docked) - GBoard

Describe the bug

My device keyboard covers up the chat area (docked and floating). I am using GBoard.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open PojavLauncher and run Minecraft 
2. Play a world/server 
3. Open chat 
4. Open keyboard and see that you can't see what you're typing

Expected Behavior

I should be able to see what I am writing in the chat bar.

- Device model: Motorola Razr 2023
- CPU architecture: arm64
- Android version: 14 (U3TVS34.1-47-2-6)
- PojavLauncher version: foxglove-20240922-a6a6a29-v3_openjdk
