[BUG] Cannot place or mine blocks on rd-xxxxxxxish aka very first versions

Describe the bug

These versions on Old-alpha, which are very first versions of minecraft. And i found a bug that you cannot place or mine blocks on those old-alpha versions that starts with 'rd-'. Please fix that. Thank you

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go add the new version profile
2. Choose Old-alpha
3. Scroll down until you see versions start with 'rd-'
4. Choose any versions that starts with 'rd-'
5. Click save
6. Launch the version
7. Try to mine or place blocks. The bug wont let you do these!

Expected Behavior

Cannot place or mine blocks on versions starts with 'rd-'

probably due to the fact that these old minecraft versions use a hidden cursor to move around in-game, and these versions apparently also use it for highlighting the blocks, but this is very much a low-priority issue, won't be fixed anytime soon i think

ill keep it open, because it is an issue that needs fixing, but it will not be done anytime soon
