[BUG] Virtual mouse doesn't catch right away

Describe the bug

In any case where I can move the view, I have one finger holding down the screen to move the view, and another finger touching some other key to open any GUI, and then I move the finger that controls the view, and I find that the mouse is actually where my finger is pressing, and the mouse icon is still in the middle of the screen. I couldn't move it properly until I released my finger and put it back on the screen

Steps To Reproduce

1. Press and hold the screen to move the view 
2. Open any GUI to display the mouse icon 
3. Move the finger holding the screen at this point 
4. BUG appears

Expected Behavior

Hopefully, it will be fixed, as this bug really affects the game experience, especially in PVP
