Update information regarding MSVC in tutorials and CHANGELOG

@kunaltyagi Thanks for clarifying that. But I think this should be clearly stated somewhere. Tutorials still use MSVC 2010, and changelog only mentions MSVC 2013 ans previous deprecations.
