Documentation: Update how-to pages

In #111, we update the docs structure to follow the Diátaxis framework. The "How-to" section will only have the migrated content. These pages need to be updated to follow a step-by-step "how-to" structure for the same content.

This is (currently) a META-issue to track the updates.
