Don't know how to install on Ubuntu 16.04 [Linux]
I am able to open the install.sh in terminal, but can't understand any of the instructions
Basically, just answer the questions. By default, the more secure answers are selected. Like 'No' buttons being highlighted. The dependencies part is more trickier, so, just let the installer check them, and install the missing ones with your package manager. The NBT and PE support are not mandatory for the program to run. The installer tests them, and report errors. Basically, you can ignore the speed tests failures. They won't prevent MCEdit to run.
It won't work, it keeps displaying the freaking "LINUX_INSTALL.TXT" and does nothing after that. (Lubuntu 16.04)
LINUX_INSTALL.TXT contains information on things you might want to know. You can close it and continue by typing "q", similar to the man pages.
Ideally, the installer should be running in a GUI instead of a terminal, but I can understand wanting to keep compatibility with as many systems as possible without having to write a solution for every graphical environment.
