This is not the app's fault, this is due to CMC removing their v1 API:

https://pro.coinmarketcap.com/migrate

Their new plan is paid :/

then what is the solution ?? I can't even send burst funds in the application ... I also forgot to save a passphrase :(

The solution to this particular problem is changing the source to use a different API.

Not being able to send burst is likely due to the fact that the default node is https://wallet.burst.cryptoguru.org:8125/, which has an expired certificate. This means your phone will refuse to connect to it. Please go to the settings tab, click on "Node", enter the address of a new node, such as https://wallet.burst-alliance.org:8125/burst, and click the tick button. After this, pricing will still be broken, but you should be able to send and receive Burst.

Also, if you've forgotten to save the passphrase, you're in trouble. If you can, using the steps above, get the app to send your burst, you can create a new account that you save the passphrase of, send all of your burst to the new account, and stop using the old account. If you can't get the app to send your burst, you're stuck :(
