"All Miners" Tab does not Auto refresh.

The "All Miners" Tab does not auto refresh metrics. End user has to constantly click on any other tab and back to force a refresh. Recommend setting auto refresh at each new Block Height the pool reaches or every few minutes. Same issue with the "History" Tab.

I won't implement auto refresh, in my opinion subscriptions per miner is enough. Eventually there needs to be some kind of pagination, because the table is too big.

All I am willing to implement is some kind of way to make manual refreshing easier.

If doing auto refresh puts too much load on the server resources (database, etc) as the pool grows, then I think a refresh button on both "History" and "All Miners" Tabs would be more logical and better experience for the end users.

This should be easy to resolve, but I am a bit reluctant to do any changes there. There could be much work going into the UI, e.g. removing the tabs on the bottom completly.

A good example of a nice UI rework is: https://pool.burstcoin.ro/

It would be really nice, if someone else puts some work into the UI.
