Download manager

Make the download section like "download manager", with cards that correspond to downloads. So you can see what loads at the moment and interrupt the download correctly.

I've made very simple download manager https://github.com/gitnew2018/OpenPeriscope/commit/9bb15b2911a072dfd245277ac27457f45893575c . Displays file name and stop button for each download.
