Shapeshifting does not work for players

Describe the bug Foundry reports missing rights for shapeshifting, although player has the rights to create tokens and actors.

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Foundry version: 0.8.8
  • DSA system: 2.0.4

This is intentional for security reasons. You need certain permissions for this to work. Those are not available for Players. I could build a workaround for this, but given the rare usage of shapeshifting it seems to be sufficient if only the GM can do this.

Hm maybe I just add that. Shapeshifting seems to be stable enough.
