What is your resolution of the oneshot125?

What's the resolution of the oneshot125 ? Is it 1us -> Resoution of 125(ca.7bit)? And is this accruate enought to control the motors?

A-PINS AND OE-PIN

Could you conntect the A-pins straight to GND and the OE-pin straight to 5V(HIGH) if you use the libary and what is the default i2c address, because I haven't find...
