Remove sevenzipjbinding files

JDownloader was recently updated to now include the new extraction library. See https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=85431 This means that the sevenzipjbinding files should be removed from the image. Right now they are copied over the JDownloader files on each start which means that a downgrade could happen.
