How do I delete my account?

There doesn't seem to be anyway to delete my account and no real means of contacting you?

Reason/Feedback: Why am i deleting my account?

• The product doesn't work as described and i feel like i have just wasted an hour of my life of a product that is not likely ready for the market, and certainly not ready for paid users.
• It is erroring on trying to mange its own files with no obvious remedy.
• If I cant run it safely and reliably locally, why would i pay for the cloud version 🤷
• No way of contacting you with a public post on an issues page?!?! No way am i paying for that kind of service
