It's not possible to cancel `pk;link mention` as the command runner.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run pk;link <account, preferably trusted bot/alt>
2. Try to cancel as the runner with no or Cancel.

Expected results

The link to be cancelled as you would any other command.

Actual results

You cannot cancel the link aside from having it time out.
