Light banners with dark theme

The color of informational messages (and maybe warning and error messages too) doesn't match the rest of the theme:

  • Plume version: a6c84daa1a242246ac01260eb9bc201dd6e47830
  • Operating system: elementaryOS (but it should be on any OS)
  • Web Browser: Firefox (but same: it should happen with any browser)
