Min/Mag filter doesn't change to Nearest Neighbor unless you preview the texture in Textures
I made an edit to make Link's def_link_001's col texture scale with nearest neighbor by setting the Unk4 and MinFilter values to 0. It works just fine ingame, but it won't show up in StudioSB unless you go to the Textures tab and view the texture that has that MinFilter value. Once you do this, it will properly preview. This is not exclusive to this material and I was able to also replicate it on other materials like squirtle's transparent eye textures.
