saving corrupts ness' PK thunder sounds

title. not sure why this happens, but anytime I open his file and saveas, there will be no electric sfx during controlling up-b projectile. I've done it on a vanilla ness to confirm

This should be fixed now.

It gets converted to a goto command, which works the same.
