Hi @vault-mg, Thanks for reporting this. Do you have a minimal working example which reproduces the issue?
It should be related to #1483. Here is the fix https://www.nuget.org/packages/EasyNetQ/7.2.1-alpha1. @vault-mg May I ask you to try this version and verify that the issue is fixed?
It seems that #1056 will help to not increase threads, but anyway we should consider how to deal with blocked event.
This issue seems to be outdated. If it still persists or anyone has any suggestions how blocked event should be handled - feel free to reopen.
