Would a PR to expose RabbitMQ custom ports be welcome?

RabbitMQ supports multiple protocols/plugins which need to expose more ports than current ones. I'd like to file a pull request that supports custom ports. And I'd like to know if it should apply to RabbitMQ only or make it a generic one if possible.

Let's start from rabbitmq. Later we can make this feature more generic. Please open a PR with the required changes.
