Nanosecond in formatted output could be negtive and log time is not well synced with system time

The initial logs just after program started always have a nanosecond part above or below 0 by a small value, and the calibrated cyclesPerSecond is not precise enough.

Actually there's a simple and precise way to convert a tsc to system nanosecond timestamp: tscns.
