[RFC] @plasmohq/messaging In Chrome kernel 96 and older versions, chrome. runtime. sendMessage () does not generate a Promise

How do you envision this feature/change to look/work like?

Create a promise，

What is the purpose of this change/feature? Why?

The reason is that I am unable to use @ plasmohq/messaging to receive messages in QQ browser, and then I made changes to the source code of the repository
