culm is a synonym of stem in PO, yet the 'numbers' are different classes in TO

Also angle

Several rice traits are mapped to culm traits in the TO, however as Chris mentioned above, culm is an exact synonym of stem in the PO. I would suggest a merge of all the culm traits with their respective stem trait:

eg: culm angle (TO:0000427) and stem angle (TO:0000577) culm number (TO:0000027) and stem number (TO:0000953) culm color (TO:0000534) and stem color (TO:0000056)

Related to this issue: the DP of the trait culm color is not correct as it refers to 'stem internode' instead of 'stem'

color and ('inheres in' some 'stem internode')

Replacing 'stem internode' by 'stem' will force 'stem color' and 'culm color' to be equivalent, which is compliant with PO, but will cause issue with the reasoner.

As culm is an exact synonym of stem in the PO, +1 for Austin's suggestion.
