Where it says

It would be helpful to change plant_anatomy to anatomical_entity and plant__structure_development_stage to life_stage. See https://github.com/diatomsRcool/eco-kg/issues/10

This will help tag PO terms with the correct biolink semantic types for making knowledge graphs.
