add more defined leave and stem-ontology terms

in the brassica research community, different measurements are performed on early leaves, upper leaves or canopy leaves. I have not found such plant-parts in the ontology. Further, could it be made possible to distinguish between the basal and the upper stem? There are so-called primary branches, which go off the main stem and secondary branches, which go odd these primary branches.it doesnt necessarily need to carry an influorescence i thing ( PO:0006321). Also there are some parasitic fungi whose tissues are examined to determine the plant's response to them. these words include: acervulus, Pycnidiospore.. but maybe that belongs to a fungal ontology?
