Revised definition based on the creation of the new parent term: multi-tissue plant structure development stage (PO:0025571), see [plant-ontology-po-term-requests:#492].

seed development stage (PO:0001170): A multi-tissue plant structure development stage (PO:0025571) that has as primary participant a seed (PO:0009010).

We will refine this definition further as we work on the sub-stages, so I am leaving this open.
