shoot lateral meristem

Shoot lateral meristem is currently defined as being part_of a shoot axis, but lateral mersitems (e.g., vascular cambium) can also be found in leaves, especially in petioles. I suggest that we change it so it is part_of a shoot system, which covers both shoot axes and leaves.

current def.: A lateral meristem (PO:0020145) that is part of a shoot axis (PO:0025029).

proposed def.: A lateral meristem (PO:0020145) that is part of a shoot system (PO:0009006). comment: Usually part of a shoot axis (PO:0025029), but also may be part of a vascular leaf (PO:0009025). [edit]
