Cannot change planting date for on-site multiple tree registration, but set sample tree date in the past

Describe the bug When registering multiple trees on-site with images and sample trees you can change the planting date despite the text is shown in green link color and is clickable (but won't open a date picker). If that's intended behavior, we maybe should not make the planting date look like a link.

Also the planting date for all sample trees still can be edited within the registration process without any validation, so that the sample trees could be planted many years ago if the user enters a date in the past!

Is it on a Production or Development Build? production & develop

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Register multiple trees
2. Click on planting date on confirmation screen
3. See error
