Sometimes IPFS daemon hangs

Sometimes, the IPFS daemon hangs, and you have to force quit it from Activity Monitor.

That is quite annoying!

I suspect it has something to do with this Mac Studio's unstable 10G ethernet, or it is probably an issue we can fix by upgrading to a later version of Kubo.
