Error toast message in event creation

Describe the bug when admin create an event, toast message will get "Event updated". To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Login'
2. Click on 'Create event button'
3. Click on the "Create button"
4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
