So the options would be: 1. Leave as is. 2. Remove TaskPath parameter and combine with TaskName. 3. Remove default from TaskPath and make a key. Options 2 and 3...

I didn't actually realize certreq.exe could be used to generate self-signed certs. So if it can do this then we should definitely make use of it. I reckon it wouldn't...
